Alcovio Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using alcovio.com (the "Site"), operated by Triple Blaze Consulting, LLC dba Alcovio ("Alcovio," "we"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What Alcovio Is

Alcovio is a furniture discovery and comparison service. We aggregate product information — including dimensions, specifications, prices, and availability — from third-party retailers' published materials, normalize it, and make it searchable. We do not sell products. All purchases are made on retailers' own websites under their terms and policies.

3. Accuracy of Product Information — Important

Product specifications, dimensions, prices, and availability shown on the Site are collected from retailers' published information as of the date indicated on each listing and may contain errors or become outdated. Retailers may change specifications, prices, and availability at any time without notice. Always verify dimensions, specifications, price, and availability on the retailer's own site before purchasing. Alcovio is not responsible for purchase decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the Site, and does not warrant that any product will fit any particular space.

4. Affiliate Relationships

We may earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through links on the Site, as described in our Affiliate Disclosure. Commissions do not influence which products appear in your filtered results.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, software, database structure, and original content are owned by Alcovio. Product names, trademarks, images, and specifications referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement of or by Alcovio. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute the Site's database without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: interfere with the Site's operation; access it with automated tools at disruptive volume; attempt to circumvent security; or use the Site for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALCOVIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; portions may not apply to you.

8. Third-Party Sites

Links to retailer and other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state and federal courts located in Anderson County, Tennessee.
